## Core capability

KLIQ runs two layers. The first is a self-training computer vision pipeline that detects objects, labels, counts and positions and requires no human annotation and no customer-side training. The second is a configurable context intelligence layer that carries the customer's own commercial context (SKUs, planograms, territories, field process, target objects), decides which observations matter and which record they belong to, and improves continuously on the customer's own corrections. Developers send a photo via REST API and receive structured fields, confidence scores, labels and tags. KLIQ runs the pipeline, inference and verification; customers never touch GPUs or training data.

## Salesforce integration

KLIQ integrates with Salesforce via REST API today; a native managed package for AppExchange is in preparation. Photos are analysed asynchronously and results are written to any standard or custom Salesforce object, including Consumer Goods Cloud and Field Service objects. Authentication uses Salesforce Named Credentials.
